I don’t usually try new things, but I’m really glad I gave this place a chance. I loved the small ribs noodles — so good! The drinks were decent, and the staff was nice and welcoming. Even though it was a busy hour, we got our food in a reasonable amount of time and had a great experience overall. Definitely coming back!
Tried this place twice now. Both times, the Ramen was outstanding. The service is pretty quick. Depending on when you go, there can be a line, especially during popular times. The Ramen prices are reasonable, the portion size is pretty large. Pork belly bun was pretty good. Ambience is casual.
One of my favorite ramen dishes! Tonkatsu Ramen with spice level 2. For me just the right amount of spice where my mouth wasn’t burning, just very pleasant. I rather play it safe and enjoy it. The noodles and broth were delicious too! There was a 20 minute wait (they don’t take names) but it didn’t feel long.
We started with the Fried Baby Veggie Rolls and the Takoyaki, both of which were excellent and opened our appetite for the rest of the meal. For the main course, we ordered the Chicken Curry Ramen, which was cooked to perfection with an exceptional balance of flavors. You can really feel the thought and precision that went into creating these dishes. The result is something truly special and high quality. The ingredients are fresh and vibrant, and the flavors are deep and unique. For dessert, we couldn’t resist the Fried Banana: hands down the best treat ever! It was perfectly fried, and the banana just melted in the mouth. We also tried the house-made Lychee Ice Cream, which was delicate, refreshing, and not too sweet, a perfect palate cleanser to end the meal. On top of all that, the service was outstanding: fast, friendly, and attentive. You can tell how much care goes into every dish before it reaches your table. If you’re still reading this review, take it as your sign to go there right now and treat yourself to an amazing dining experience!
Excellent ramen and great service. Ordered the Tonkatsu Ramen with Spice level 2 and it was perfect. Karrage chicken was tasty and the dipping sauce elevated the taste even more. Highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for a good ramen that feels like a warm hug on a cold day.
Was passing through town and was told by a friend that I had to stop at Noodle Blvd and I am so glad I did! I had Jamie as a server and he gave the best service and brightened our entire family’s day after a long drive! He suggested the Chicken Curry and Duck Ramen and they were both so delicious and full of flavor. The Christmas decorations were beautiful! I love the nostalgic Christmas vibe it made me feel right at home. I will definitely be suggesting to anyone passing through the Raleigh area and we will be coming here many more times in the future!
The food was absolutely delicious and the service was so fast! We had a lot of questions and the server was really nice. I had the chicken curry ramen and loved it! I believe friends had the tonkotsu ramen and the vegetable ramen with added shrimp. Both said they were delicious! My friend’s drink was also really great but not sure the name. We loved this place, we will definitely be back!
